Registration is for the sole use of the individual listed and may not be shared or split between multiple participants.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline is September 11, 2025.
To receive a refund (minus a $150 cancellation fee), cancellation requests must be submitted via email by that date.
Cancellations after September 11 will not be eligible for a refund.
Not attending the event does not constitute cancellation.
No refunds will be processed before the event.
Registration Confirmation
If you need to confirm your registration or have questions, do not register a second time.
If a duplicate registration is submitted in error, a refund will be issued minus applicable online processing fees.

Transfers and Changes
Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Transfer requests must be submitted by September 18, 2025, and include the new attendee’s full information.
Changes: You may switch from in-person to virtual attendance; however, there will be no price adjustment.

Image Use Policy
By registering, you consent to the Center for Disability Inclusion’s use of your image and voice in photographs, video, and audio recordings from the event.
This includes use in current and future promotional and educational materials.
All materials remain the property of the Center and may be used at its discretion.
Consent is binding, perpetual, and may not be revoked.
