The Inclusion Summit “Audacious Dialogues” is a national hybrid conference that attracts DEI and HR/Talent practitioners and thought leaders from across the globe. Held September 26-27 at 
The Abbott in Kansas City Missouri, plus virtually, featuring 4 keynotes and 4 sessions, it is targeted to leaders of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing & Communications, 
​Accessibility & Accommodations ​and Employee/Business Resource Groups.

The Inclusion Summit will bring together people who are focused on advancing diversity, inclusion, equity, accessibility and belonging for all underrepresented groups of color, culture and identity.
​2024 is the second year of conference collaboration by four organizations including the KC Chamber, the Center for Disability Inclusion, D&I Consortium and National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP-KC), to deliver this dynamic two-day learning and networking event. Sponsorships are available.

To foster supplier diversity and support local KC businesses, all food and beverage is provided by diversely-owned businesses including Taco Naco, Café Corazon, Bo Lings, The Golden Scoop, Scratch Office Catering and Heartland Coca-Cola, plus Rainy Day Books is providing a unique book fair.
