ERG Journey & Impact. This session will be led by CDI partners who have earned the Leader in Disability Inclusion Seal of Accomplishment. We'll start with a presentation on the ERG impact on an organization's culture. You will then join one of three breakout sessions on ERG/BRG journey: 1) Launch, 2) Development, 3) Maturation. Each group will be co-led by two companies who will briefly share their experience in that phase, and you'll have the opportunity for Q&A and discussion. invite your ERG/BRG sponsors and leaders.}

April 15, 2025 - "Reducing the Stigma of Mental Health in the Workplace". Training session with Andy Traub, CDI and Good Games interactive gamification platform. Showcase an overview to CDI partners of this new training session and gamification tool in advance of May and Mental Health Awareness Month.
March 18, 2025 - "Taking Action to Build Your Non-Traditional Pipeline". Interactive discussion with Meaghan Walls and Jessica Lopez, CDI and Pauline Schwanitz, Magna Electric Vehicle Structures and Adam Jelenic, Magna LMV Automotive. Jessica led discussion about working with community colleges and internships. Pauline and Adam discusssed their successful work with internships and working with school districts to increase their non-traditional talent pipeline.
Feburary 18, 2025 - "Expand Your Non-Traditional Pipeline". Interactive discussion with Andy Traub and Laurel Buck with CDI. Shared tips, important resources and questions to be asking your internal teams to determine where you are in being prepared to effectively attract and retain non-traditional talent.
