This unique peer to peer Network builds relationships ​that elevate awareness and change, break down barriers, and improve the hiring process and workplace ​for people with disabilities.

Overview

  • We are building relationships between business, community agencies and colleges/universities to expedite the process
    for companies to fill jobs and people with disabilities to get hired
  • Unique partnership between our Business Partners, Pivotal Partners (community agencies) and Academic Partners
  • Partner representatives convene monthly for facilitated and focused discussion

  • Elevate the hiring and inclusion process  
  • Candidates get employed and ​Businesses fill openings
  • Partners provide employment metrics for their Disability Inclusion Network efforts​
